Ethical? To pay bribes to offshore customers to do business exclusively with Qualcomm? To initiate predatory pricing to drive a company in the UK out of business? Using phony PIP's to get rid of employees and not have to pay them Unemployment Insurance instead of laying them off? Pure HYPOCRISY,,,,

@ HR person posing as OP: This is your attempt at humor, right? You DO realize that the ordinary "peons" in this organization can't just walk up to QCOM legal and tell them their problems, right? (1) The nice QCOM lawyers in the suits don't represent their interest--and it's a blatant lie on your part to claim that they do; (2) It's a conflict of interest for QCOM lawyers to represent an employee's interests without fully informed consent in writing, including the fact that they have a right to seek advice from anotther attorney about the consultation.

Lets not forget the Broadcomm QC lawsuit where it became very clear QC was using very dirty tactics. Since 2008 QC has been despised by most of the industry. Many will love to see them fall and will go out of the way to kick QC while it is on the ground (anti trust suits). Qualcomm ethical? You're joking right?? Maybe 15 years ago..but those days are long gone. Does no good to talk to HR, managers, directors, etc. Especially when HR finds out that a director lied and they do nothing about it. Ethical?? What a joke.
