Sports cars for sale on ebay?

Serious Question-

Where can I pick up one of those tens of thousands of new BMWs, Mercedes, or Nissan Z coupes for cheap that were flying around the Houston metro area in 2014? I'm certain the car note on those is too much to handle given the current financial climate....so please advise. That's gotta sting. Ebay, Craigslist, or other? TY.

1dsr - Wrong again, dude. Long history of moto-cross racing (got my expert plates in '79, in Japan), a few enduros, here in the States (placed 2nd in a 100-miler in '81), then a long string of sport bikes, culminating with a CBR1000RR, with which I did some production road-racing in California (Bay Area), in 2004. Owned an '03 Corvette Z06, modified, 475hp, a Nissan 350Z roadster, now, a BMW 535i, and a Mercedes ML63 AMG. No longer into racing (well,... I am considering a shifter kart), but I like fast, quality vehicles. The Nissan 370Z is just what I said it is,... an "also ran" in the sports car class,... it's not particularly quick, it has a fragile, coarse engine (especially at higher revs), it's racing successes are almost nonexistent, and it's ugly,... actually, it's UGLY (the 350's, esp the roadsters, bore uncanny resemblance to the classic 356 Porsche and their 3.5 liter engines were smoother if not all that powerful,... these cars were never really intended for real competition use, but the 350's did accumulate some degree of racing success.). With the 370, however, Nissan simply targeted idiots who lack any perception of what real 'performance', or style, is by selling an overweight, oddly styled thing that appears to have been penned by some high school kid. Have never owned a "family van" and never will. In short,... if you haven't ever raced a motorcycle (with some success), you're not a real man. I have. I doubt the same could be said of you.

For the record feltcher my BMW and 370z are paid for. I did make and save money with baker. Been laid off 6 months now and can survive at least 2 more years before I even decide to touch my 401k. How about you?

As for as the statement of the poor mans Porsche. You probably drive a damn family van because you have no balls and your wife beats your ass. You dream of having balls but your hopes and dreams go away when you realize your wife has the balls in the family.

One of the many mysteries of the universe is,... WHY does Honda not still make the S2000? Just a fabulous little thing. Good choice.

I have a Honda S2000. Redlines at 8500 rpm. But it's payed off. Just like my home, Avalon limited, and camary. And the bulk of my .

Bills. Not everyone who made good money in the oilfield spent 75 cents of the dollar they made . Some of us saved, because we went thru 1984-1985.

"Nissan Z coupes" are the poor-man's Porsche (supposedly). Unless we're talking about any pre-2014 Boxster, all of which were ugly, underpowered, and pitifully unreliable,... in THAT case,... the Nissan Z might compete. Barely. But, if you're looking for a "sports car deal", I can sell you a Hyundai Veloster! Trust me,... YOU won't know the difference.
