1) Ask your managee to write up what they've done this cycle
2) Ask your managee for names of people they wanna be reviewed by.
3) Spend a couple weeks reading through all the write-ups
4) Spend a couple more weeks meeting with other status collectors about their managees.
5) Spend a couple more weeks preparing slides and write-ups to send to your status collectors.
6) Let the higher status collectors do the same sh*t for a couple more months
7) Relax and enjoy your window office, paycheck and the weather and get massages for your fingers that typed those writeups so hard.
Conclusion: High performers get $200 more than low performers. Status collector gets $20000 more than high performers.
