Why is Qualcomm still supporting Boulder, CO campus? Should close the site after firing incompetent directors.

@wwf careful, there are not that many female directors in the Boulder office and you are therefore almost calling them out by name. If you know anything about the review/promotion process, what you are saying is not possible. An individual can have a loud voice but he/she must still get the support of other managers and directors in order to promote someone.

If you're looking looking for a place with a lot of incompetence, look no further than San Diego. Hardly anything of value is done in San Diego. It's all the remote sites doing the real work.

I know of at least one of those Directors in Boulder. I don't know about incompetent- but definitely lacking integrity. I'm completely in support of hiring/promoting good female engineers. But this particular director was promoting her crony female friends at cost of other more hard-working competent engineers even at cost of destroying people's careers.

There are many teams in Boulder campus which does redundant work like automation tools and sh--. QC dropped 35% already and still 280 people left. I heard that 25-30 people already left for better opportunities. Who knows may be closing this campus is not that far.
