The company has been fighting for so long to make the union a bad thing. " you need to pay dues, we provide protection for free"
Look at what is going on now. Nobody is save unless you have a contract. Just like our customers we have a price lock, they have a contract.
Centers closing after all that pride of being a good employee and not going union. Wish you could go back now huh. Landline went on strike and guess what? They still have jobs and centers stay open. The side of the house that makes all that $$$ is cutting cost for another purchase.
Call the union and get protection before it's too late.
Fyi I am not a union member but am middle management. I have been told by executives why unions are bad but they only care about the bottom line.
I would rather be tell it how it is and not see hard working people loose jobs so the CEO can make another million.
