Has been tried in iur group for years. Complaints about many directors and above in IT. We went all-in and we ended up getting ash-canned. They are so arrogant they blamed lower management and certain employees for demotivating everyone. Of course now, many of those that spoke up have been RIF'ed.

Shankar is the sh--tiest guy in the history of IT. Such an arrogant man !! He only works to please his boss.
