Shankar's five year plan to fully implement VDSI has been in motion for 4 years. In November 2017, the final and largest layoff will occur.

Has been tried in iur group for years. Complaints about many directors and above in IT. We went all-in and we ended up getting ash-canned. They are so arrogant they blamed lower management and certain employees for demotivating everyone. Of course now, many of those that spoke up have been RIF'ed.
