Not sure for 25s, but the CEO gets 9 million in severance and another 5 million to help "transition"

Grade 25, who cares, you were probably part of the problem. If you were a 25, you should know policy to advise those under you.
Stay away from this company trust me. They are bad news. I worked there for five years and it was a revolving door. They just fired CEO Handcock today who was a bit of a clown. A lot of wasted time and I regret even accepting the job. Believe me there is life after aig. Good luck to all my experience only but it seems to be a trend. Management is a joke and you need a PO to buy a paper clip, no support staff, etc. how can you do your job and the threat of layoffs on a daily basis does not make for a stable job. Get out while you can and watch your stress level decrease and your quality of life improve. Trust me.
From the AIG Severance Plan (amended 10/1/2015):
Employees at grade 24 and above:
Two (2) Weeks of Base Pay for each Year of Service, with a minimum of ten (10) Weeks of Base Pay and a maximum of 52 Weeks of Base Pay
Employees at grade 23 or below:
Two (2) Weeks of Base Pay for each Year of Service with a minimum of four (4) Weeks of Base Pay and maximum of 52 Weeks of Base Pay
Yes correct
Def layoffs coming in the march timeframe, but scope unknown. Probably safe to assume this is going to be a reoccurring theme for a while.
