Thread regarding AIG (American Intl Group Inc.) layoffs

Does anyone know what to expect re severance for a grade 25? And is there a larger layoff planned for March 2017?

Not sure for 25s, but the CEO gets 9 million in severance and another 5 million to help "transition"

Grade 25, who cares, you were probably part of the problem. If you were a 25, you should know policy to advise those under you.

Stay away from this company trust me. They are bad news. I worked there for five years and it was a revolving door. They just fired CEO Handcock today who was a bit of a clown. A lot of wasted time and I regret even accepting the job. Believe me there is life after aig. Good luck to all my experience only but it seems to be a trend. Management is a joke and you need a PO to buy a paper clip, no support staff, etc. how can you do your job and the threat of layoffs on a daily basis does not make for a stable job. Get out while you can and watch your stress level decrease and your quality of life improve. Trust me.

Def layoffs coming in the march timeframe, but scope unknown. Probably safe to assume this is going to be a reoccurring theme for a while.
