Anyone have any real data on who has been walked out and what units/teams? Is it mainly at CA and OR or AZ? Confirmations would be great. A count of before an after?

Feedback and career guidance my a$$. They are going to walk the low performers. This is another silent ACT like 2015, only now they are much more efficient at it, after two years practice.

My understanding is HR are going to be aggressive on performance to meet headcount. But people will be given opportunity to improve through PIP.
