I have heard leaders are in a lot more meetings. Getting weird vibes from my coach. I think they realized that HAH has an epically dysfunctional culture, and just about all of leadership has turned over.
The people left are probably trying to figure out how to restructure to make the program friendly to members, associates and profits. This is a massive undertaking. Instead of an authoritarian structure, HAH should have member facing associates driving pilots and change. In an ideal world, a health coach would be the gatekeeper to Humana.
We would have the authority to control the member's communication across all parts of Humana. We would be member centered.
Because our competence is so limited by Humana's inefficiencies and red tape, this program is choking to death as Seniors learn not to pick up their phones.
