Lowes health benefits get worse every year the price goes up and deductible increase.
Health plans were Aetna now Blue Cross Blue Shield .
The medical plan i could afford cost Lowes $8,000 a year and my cost was $3,500.
Note:if you have a minor surgery you are responsible for $6000 of the $12,000 surgery.
Lets fo the math.
Lowes pays $8000.00,
Employee pays $9,500.
Lets look at the 401 k plan.
The 401k match is better at other companies.
Sure you can purchase Lowes stock but Lowes stock has been low.
Not like the price split in 2005.
If you’re gonna stay check out other companies who really take care of their good employees. In my book the last 10 years Lowes has been struggling to keep up.
So lets see how this works out for those who give it a chance.
Next year maybe theyll make you work till 10pm on Christmas Eve and get rid of more employees and encourage more s-xual harassment among there current managers or I bet. Plus even worse health benefits.
Lowes also encourages bad behavior like s-xual harassment by moving those who commit it to another store. Doesnt matter could be a store manager or a department manager. Oh yeah guess that department manager got what they deserved with the layoffs.
