No one on here may know exactly what will transpire, but major changes are coming, and managers as well as the other higher-paid staff will be the most affected. IMO the ones that need to go:

LPs, a.k.a "RoboCops." Let's face it, these police academy flunkies couldn't catch their a-- if it fell out of their pants. They are some of the highest paid folks in the stores and they in NO WAY deserve this pay. They'll be sliced and diced, that's for sure.

Pro Services & Install Sales. These arrogant, lazy d---s that kiss contractors asses are vastly overpaid, and you know it. How many times have you wanted to give one of these a--holes a rap in the beak? I don't know about your store, but they are not the top earning area...not even close and they in no way justify their salaries. The contractors can shove a 2x4 up their asses.

Area managers. Look, mine was gone on FMLA for 2 weeks and the place ran like a top and was pleasant. Now he's back and up our a-- because we don't need him! You know what I mean. A store manager and 2 ASMs in a large store is all you need if you have qualified FT folks. Sorry you managerial types, you're no longer economically viable.
I like watching these changes that don't affect me...this isn't my career (poor saps).
