Many store managers were on "vacation" last week. Mid-July - ASM's will be removed and take positions in store previously held by specialists with their salaries being dropped back to specialist level. Store specialists will be dropped to CSA level with a reduction of $3.00 per hour. All issues will be handled by CPO.

We have customers canceling orders because no one came out to do measurements.
