My team is jumping ship FAST as well. I don't see how they are going to keep all of the coaches if they are not hiring to replace, which they are not. If any of us make it to 2018, they are going to need to combine smaller teams again, unless they see value in having one manager for fewer than 9 or 10 employees.
I've never worked for a company with such a small manager to direct report ratio as it is, not sure how it could get much smaller and be sustainable.
I'm feeling like 2018 is not going to include unlicensed PHC's, based on no rehire for attrition, the 2017 layoff pattern, the advertising of the HAH team as "licensed," and the fact that we haven't enrolled new members in months.
Also, when it was clarified that 2.0 would have PHC's and non-nursing staff, it was never specified that unlicensed PHC's would play a part long-term. Non-nursing staff could easily refer to those with social work credentials. It doesn't look good.
Everyone I talk to is looking for something else, and slowly but surely they are putting in notice (actually, not so slowly anymore, we had 3 leave in June alone).
