Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Lowe's website confusion

Many people shop online before ever setting foot in a store. They are often confused by the Lowes web site as to what is actually in the store vs. what can be shipped to the store. Adding to their confusion is that they may not even be shopping your store online. Next time you are at work use google on a store computer to look up something local, say pizza. The results are from North Carolina. The customers internet at home or work could be doing the same thing.

@O7ilWU1-tav, I have noticed this so many times. Not sure if this is on customers or the site, but it's something that is a constant issue.

In appliances, the displays count as inventory. The web site will say that it is available that day for pickup, even if it is an SOE or SOS, of which we can't sell the display. I am constanly haveing to explain that to customers. Very frustrating!

Yes, we do! Because if they are ignorant and b--chy in the store, they are ignorant and b--chy at home. But, in their defense....they are god-fearing, go to church (twice on Sunday's), bible-thumping, sunday school preaching christians.

How about people actually pay attention to what they are doing, instead of taking it out on us. Page spells it out, do we have to hold their hands at home as well?=
