This is actually the first time he did something as a reaction to something I did. So, I posted here, I discussed it and it took things in my own hands no matter how futile my efforts on layoff.com were (I was aware of this)....
The fact that Damron is responding to something that I've done and discussed (and all of you too) feels empowering, it's almost satisfying.
I do not like what he said, but it's better than nothing which was, historically, always the case.
Before, Damron and his crew would know everything and we'd know nothing - all we could do before is to wait to be moved, discarded, shuffled and terminated. They would plan the whole thing, and execute the plan while all we could was to wait while constantly kept in the dark.
Oh my, how things have changed.
