Our Sears SGM in our store probably tops you all, like most he is usless, can't ring, don't know how to even do a warranty exchange, talks to the ASM's like they are dirt, expects them to do his job while doing everything on their own plates, he leaves early ALOT for doctors appointments , but if one of the ASM need a day off he blows a gasket , he rarely works a sunday never does an early open and when he is scheduled a close he makes sure a ASM is also scheduled so he can sit in his office till close. Like the other Gm mentioned he only points out the negative things in the store, only his ideas are put into action even if they are completely ridiculous, he has a god complex. This is not sears of 20 years ago, all need to pitch in. He thows a fit if he has to talk to a member, he acts like he is above it. We all know its because he has no clue how to fix the problems so he pushes it onto any leader he can find the moment the call is over. Oh and dont even think he will take the mod phone, he is also above that, wont even carry the csm snic, he has way to much to do ..... just ask him ....
