I wish Mark would explain to everyone why the very management team which drove this company to the very edge of the cliff over the last 24 months with their great strategies never changed: hey folks, our plan which got us here was wrong, but just wait, our new plan is better. Mark, change the table and do something about Trevor, Jayme etc....

I agree - while this in general has zero to do with the layoffs (well maybe it does), it is clear that Nike's leadership doesn't have a clue about vision. Their product line is sh--, I won't even go to the ES anymore. And what about Digital and innovation? There is a lot of talk but nobody seems to lay down a real plan. We never really organized or funded omnichannel (which consumers expect), and now we are off on a membership tangent yet the program is red and still nobody seems to know WTF it is. Because leadership can't define the simplest thing about it! Lots of retailers have a loyalty point system (Nordstrom, Sephora, Ulta, Express, etc), so why can't Nike? Why can't they at least start there, but there's so much infighting and egotism they can't even manage that. We are about to see a giant fall.
Someone should check on the leadership at Nike Pittsburgh. Hasn't changed in years and Nike Senior management turns a blind eye

Completely agree. The big problem though is when you replace Mark, Trevor is next in line. Trevor is the reason we're in this mess! Why do you think his ski instructor still has a job??
