Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

To those who keep saying stop playing the victim

I don’t think no one is playing the victim, so the bs of saying that can go out the window for me. Walmart has the right to do anything they want to do true, but the question still remains is it right? The buddy system was used for a lot of people who lost there jobs. This was a career for people, this paid the bills and took care of families which Walmart sits under this banner pretending that your families come first when it’s not the case. Blood, sweat and tears have been dedicated along with time and unfair treatment. If these things have not happened to you keep living. Why open up jobs with less than half of positions that you are willing to keep? All in the name of chasing Amazon. Many great companies thought they were untouchable, but they no longer exist. One thing every single person in this world must do is rep what they sow and it doesn’t stop for the people who sit up top behind the desk making poor decisions. The time that people lost with family and friends can never be given back or the time working with one company that took you away from the people you loved all for the mighty dollar. They are trying to go back to the old ways but with a twist. The year they added all those Co’s should not have happened, because this situation would not be happening. People up top are using the everyday workers as pawns bottom line. Change a company for the better and if you can get a person up top who can do it with minimum to no casualties then I say keep them because they truly understand business.

There are people posting that are Trolls. They pick sites like this to say nasty things! Type Bump in the comments section to move them down the thread.

Good luck to everyone laid off and yes I think WM is breaking the law

If Jeffry is cheaper, younger, motivated, will take less trips to the doctor, and is up to speed on the everchanging world... he offers more. Yeah, prone to noobie mistakes, but it is cheaper to overcome and move forward...like automation.

All this emotional passion... you actualy ‘bought’ in by the culture of old because that was the only solid employer around..... The future has arrived quickly.
