Change policy to unlimited vacation to avoid paying out unused days when employees leave
Create a stressful work environment with endless metric chasing which accomplishes ZERO
Demotivate employees by promoting retarded dipshits to key management positions
Play favorites when selecting those to promote
Have constant RIFs every couple of months
As you can see, it's working perfectly! The good ones are leaving in droves leaving the slugs and dipshit "leaders" behind.
