I can’t believe what I am witnessing in the Customer Success department at Oracle. CB and RB have created the worst culture with no employee success (despite what they say on the All Hands Calls which are a bunch of lies).
This new Hub Leader RB has no business in his role. There is no scorecard whatsoever so there is a lot of skeptical business practices. HR should be notified. Hard work isn’t appreciated or recognized properly. Nothing is communicated around details of how we are restructuring. It’s really awful. The latest which came out this week is bonuses are determined by whoever is in with the management leadership, not real results. Really bad.
At some point CR and MH will get wind of this and get rid of these bafoons. Mark my word.
