You guys are all wrong on thinking it's ending soon or in a few months....lol....maybe 2020 but it will be a few more years. Nothing has been announced or even hinted close at us getting out soon.

It is really sad that we have to always be on edge about our jobs. Our jobs are not what they used to be. We cannot plan our lives. We cannot buy anything that is expensive like a new house or new family car. Every time there is a Town Hall meeting we are shaking in our boots. This really s__ks. The end is near, but when I do not know. We have to stay until the end so we can get some kind of buyout.

You are out to lunch. The " GO LIVE" is for the new structure separating the US and Canada. DSD will likely end at some point but not this year.

Same. Glen Walters is making 2 announcements one on the 1st and other 15th of November that are suppose to go into effect Jan 1st 2019. Everyone is thinking cuts but nothing will happen. No ones jobs will change.

The 29th will be about revenue decline and a down graded 4th quarter and 2019 forecast. Look for stock to take a dip. Couple days later when actual game plan is announced will see a nice up tick. Activist investors and hedge fund managers love it when down sizing and bottom line improvements happen.

We have not heard anything about losing the Category Rack on Nov 1st? I still do not see a exit for a few more years. They will not announce anything new next month on the 1st or the 15th how people think thats suppose to go into effect Jan 1st 2019. I guess we will see what it said in a few weeks but I doubt it will be anything of importance.

If you don't see the signs by now, I feel sorry for you. Going CAO in Walmart. Category rack going away November 1st. Kroger testing CAO in parts of the country. Less incremental space being given. Not much on plan. End cap 20 and wing 18 lol! Dmi. Big brother watching every move you make. All of the out of stocks. Allocation's big time! Closing branches 5 years ago. Letting go 1/3 of the sales reps in 2015. Shall I go on?!?!?!?! No one knows exactly when. We will know when we get the call. All I can say is it will be sooner than later. Good luck!

Not True.....I'm a Sales rep in the Great Lakes region. My full timer still has her ipad writing orders for me.
Wonder why the order writer's are losing their tablets? Are reps writing all the orders in the great lakes region now? I assumed that reps would get Laid off before merchandisers and order writers
Order writers in our region, Great Lakes Region, all lost their iPads.
Micromanaging is not even the word for right now.......plus this DMI thing is just another step in letting us go.
Just because they post jobs online doesn't mean they are hiring them. I see a lot of companies who run constant ads. And I know of a number of them who hired till the day the plant closed. Means nothing.

Getting rid of reps and cars would save a lot. We will all be demoted down to merchandise and write our orders for the few stores we do I bet. Have to see what these announcements are in November.

For full time order writers and none for Sales Reps. My guess is sales reps are gradually going away
And full time order writers will fill the sales reps positions. Eventually all of us will be gone

They took away iPads from all our full time order writers. It is so painfully obvious dsd is over! Yes, I agree it will come in phases but will be completely out by 2020. What they put on people will be so obnoxious I’d rather get out sooner rather than later
