Verizon has followed the same path as big box retail has, they sell a product so induced into the lives of average people that there is no longer a need for sales ppl, or massive distribution through traditional means, amazon will take over the void, Verizon retail reps will end up much like Walmart reps. “May I take your order please”. To much of which is already here.
I suggest you take some of those sales skills and apply it to highland products. Study and their buyers and make a run at it,

You can’t buy your way to prosperity by purchasing failing business models like that attempted with aol, yahoo. Etc. I said many years ago they needed to become a content provider but they lacked the vision or expertise. Anyone can be a pipeline.
Here is my bet, Google will purchase them after the cut all the bloat. Makes sense for a content provider to own the vehicle.....
