Cloud is a huge money loser for oracle once you strip out the cloud fraud revenues and appropriately allocate relevant costs to it, so I guess oracle is getting out of the cloud business.
That almost sounds like LE may finally acknowledge his failure, but let’s not hold our collective breath. This is the 3 stooges we’re talking about here, they may have their own definition of unprofitable businesses.

What are the devisions? Where the data to support this claim?
Given that O posts about $10B a year profit on about $40B in sales, I'd guess that there are very few, if any, unprofitable business units.
The problem isn't profitability, the problem is growth.
Cloud isnt' "unprofitable" at least on paper because they're calling onprem revenue + cloud revenue -the total revenue. They stopped splitting out cloud only revenue last year and report a combined number. Can't imagine they'd walk away from cloud now since they pushed everyone to it and went on record as challenging AWS and the other top vendors. I predict they still keep cloud as the main product line but prop it up with the last annuities coming in from the onprem support. All customers are desperate to leave and many already have, but most are locked into non-cancellable contracts for support they can't leave mid-term.
So oracle is going to live off the support revenues from previously sold on-prem software and DB, until it goes away as customers switch to other software and DBs? That would enable it to get rid of some 95% of employees and would look very profitable in the short term. It would also entail a total liquidation of the company over the next 3-5 years as support revenues go to zero. LE and other shareholders would get a nice liquidation payout in the meantime andnoracle would cease to exist 5 yrs from now at the most. A very realistic scenario.
They are shutting down Cloud offering then. It cannot be profitable something that is not sold, but bundled "for free" discounting other things.....and never used.
