They never appreciate the employees. They only talk to you if you supposedly did something wrong. Poor management from top down and they blame the little people who are not responsible for the decisions. All we do is try to care for the customer and work hard for what. They still get their big bonuses and we get nothing but constant fear of losing our jobs.

To the author of this thread I would say to stop caring so much. Stop working "so hard". Lowes NEVER, and I do mean NEVER promotes the hard workers. You are working yourself to termination. it is best if you walk around, help customers, and talk alot. I should know..........I was a "hard worker" and I was terminated with all the other CSA5's in Feb 2018. All the lazies are still going strong in the store I had worked at. Lowes is aZZ backwards when it comes to what they believe is important in the stores Lol. Lowes had the balls to send me an invite for their recent NATIONAL HIRING DAY!! F-them.

I don’t recall when I’ve ever gotten a compliment for anything; I’m not a slacker. I’m one of the hardest working associates in my store. It seems like Lowes promotes the lazies.

Management at my store is actually pretty good which is rare ,The same chaos is affecting our store but at least our management team tries to help us employees in region 27 store 1079
