For literally acknowledging a low ranking and then suggesting they improve their number by promoting the "correct" answer so that it ranks better on the next survey. That complete lack of introspection that we've come to expect at the executive level.

I like how they moved the goalposts.. Because 70%+ is a 'strength' for the leadership team, but if a CS Rep gets a 7 or 8 on a survey that not good and you get coached to it.
Kind of interesting how the business will spend a bunch of money flying all the "leaders" into a venue , but everyone else gets no budget for travel and training because we should sacrifice for the margins! Our director says we have no travel budget, but he seems to justify overseas trips!? Gotta love the double standards!
