The comprehension skills of you folks is beyond sad. I never said the place wasn't toxic. Of course it is toxic. You have a CEO telling managers to force rank BE to fit a curve.
I simply just don't see the toxicity manifesting into people stabbing each other in the back. Based on my many connections, what you dips are describing are isolated incidents.
Did you see the "wave of layoffs" thread? There was a post from anon-3cwf that was spot on to what I am witnessing and is being told by others.
A group of employees that get along but just don't care about the company anymore.
Probably a post by a legacy-Mellon Pittsburgh employee. Good people from that came from what was a great company.
I suspect those of you that are complaining about the stab people in the back culture are legacy-BNY employees that pay an exorbitant amount for housing and can't afford to lose your job.
Should try living within your means in a place that is actually desirable to live. Not a place that smells like garbage 24/7.
As for the dude worrying about my wrinkles, fear not as I am a true believer in sunblock. I'm good.
Ok, that's it for now. Us non stabbing each other in the back employees are having a party today.
