Sad to say that these layoffs didn’t only mean getting rid of the workers that gave years to the company, without any view on their actual results and performance. These layoff meant that the company has accepted layoffs as part of the new company culture. Those that complain about job uncertainty have to accept the fact that uncertainty is something they will be facing everyday, regardless of their performance and devotion to the company. #sadbuttrue

Where the hell have you been for the past MANY years? New Company culture? Really? The layoff's and displacements were so rampant in the SE back in the 80's that it was known as the annual at&t layoff & bbq. New? give me a f'n break. You are either new or stupid
