I think it’s clear that anyone putting out exact dates are probably trolls. Just ignore them.
The posts about dsd ending, spot on though. Zero chance dsd will continue for Mondelēz, we are very close! Retailers are ready for us! WM only needs product in their warehouse, systems are ready to fill! Grocery manager showed me yesterday!
I’m not a dsd hater, just a Mondelez hater! Been lied to one too many times. Now just time to kick back and ride it out, with as little effort as possible!
It’s been 2 weeks! Looks like another fake news announcement by the DSD haters that want us to lose our jobs.
I would agree its coming but these things can drag on longer than you think. Seen it drag on for years in Canada and Canada is much smaller.

It may be 2 to 5 years until MDLZ is fully out of DSD. But you can be guaranteed there will be significant job loss and change during the transition. It wont happen overnight.
Been hearing this nonsense for years on this site. We're committed to dsd. Y'all are too funny bickering back and forth. We have no plans to exit dsd! Sorry to burst your bubble, but I have inside information from upper management. Eventually DSD will end, but it's not happening for at least 2 to 5 years. I would suggest ending the fake news and rumors on here. We're still years away!

I would love it if we were told something Thursday, but either way I don’t care! I’ve buttoned things up, but sure would not mind a few months off this summer! I have already quit in my mind, no effort at all to hit objectives. Write orders, merchandise,

Even as a person who believes DSD is ending, I never buy into these dates. You'll stress out too much if you believe them. I'm just doing what I need to do to stay employed no matter what. That includes looking at alternative options.
I’ve never processed to know everything, just smart enough to know that all the red flags are indicative of the end to DSD! This has been in the plans for a long time.
It’ll end when they are good and ready, and we will find out when it’s most convenient for management to share. To each their own. If you prefer to believe your job is safe and you’ll be be a long time....your choice. I’ve got some I am responsible for and merchandisers I value. I prefer a much more proactive approach. I’ve been though quite a few downsizing’s as well as industry changes with Mondelez as well as other organizational changes, this one is no different. Good luck to you!

There are a few that enjoy throwing dates out that are untrue......but the fact is, DSD is ending!! Not fake news, fake reality!

They will no doubt have some incentive for the few stuck out here. By stuck....the few reps that had a bachelors degree that were offered a kid, if they declined they gave up their severance. They were pigeon holed. I can’t wait to get out out, I hope they don’t do that.

Yeah I always wondered about that part with the points and money. Made me think that would be a key thing down the road. And it would certainly make sense once DSD is gone.
Dirk never said, nor could he, that sales are up in the US. Our revenue was up, every so slightly in the US, die solely to prove increases. Big difference. Maybe you missed the business 101 course someone so kindly took the time to share....if not look back. It was super easy to follow.
People are pathetic in how they are reacting to the inevitable news of dsd coming to an end. I must say I feel somewhat sorry for them! Especially those that post they make sooooo much money as a cookie slinger. Sad, sad, sad. I personally don’t care what they do but if I were them, I’d get a head start on looking! Keebler reps get bonus’s based on display execution. Sure can’t get bonuses based on sales anymore when they don’t I tell that piece. Ever seen their easy shift, just like ours. Strange coincidence I’m sure 🤣🤣🤣.

Mondelez stock is doing well thanks to emerging markets, not dsd in the US.

Kellogg could have sold keebler before leaving and made billions at it instead of losing billions. Their stock was 86 before leaving and now at 52 and now Mondelez is about to pass them. As for companies investing in CAO, does that mean that Pepsi, Coke, Frito going warehouse as well? No it doesn’t. Stop spreading fake news and announce DSD is over when it’s really over.

Kellogg sold Keebler because they wanted to focus on other things.....growing their health portfolio as well as focusing on their cereals. It’s not uncommon for consumer goods companies to buy and sell brands all the time. They have had a lot of growth with their RX bars.
