New HQ Locations?
Maybe I’m just completely out of the loop, but there are some job postings on the external career site that are in random locations. One in Dallas, one in Salt Lake City Utah (assuming that one is the bank), and the third in West Palm Beach, FL? What’s with this?
Layoffs in Dallas. Engineering hit
There was a layoff in the Dallas office today. Not sure how many were affected or if more offices outside of Dallas were affected. Anyone hear anything else on this?
???
As I recall the survey results from two years ago were kept from us. Now they want to discuss why the results are worse than the 2023 results we never got to see??
How do we know they are worse than?
We are just supposed to blindly believe a company that has no loyalty to us and lies to us everyday?
Tell us again how Director and above are supposed to be in Dallas or Atlanta?
Tell us how many “hubs” we have?
Stankey can’t even motivate his “yes men” to follow policy, what makes him think he has any real power?
Sounds like AT&T is ask us to show our loyalty to the company, by asking us to improve the culture they destroyed.
The way it’s going now the status quo will be the demise of the company before the next survey.
I thought FTW was mandatory to keep your job?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that FTW was completed months ago! I pulled the WebPhone directory, in my off time, for each of the SVP teams and it appears that if you're an AVP or above and you don't currently live in the Dallas or Atlanta area, you don't have to move with your team! Example - the overall IOT team had to relocate to Atlanta and Dallas, but their VP stayed in Missouri, which I don't believe is even one of the previously approved hubs! L4's should all be located in Dallas per the FTW policy as well!
"alpharetta, better be getting retta for #Dallas bound"
Dallas is full right now. Head count cuts are more likely than forcing people to move (understanding that Follow the Work is a hidden head count cut).
alpharetta, better be getting retta for #Dallas bound or your job is moving to dallas and you are not following the work. writing has been on the wall for years.
Any relation to First Guaranty?
Is this any relation to #FirstGuarantyLayoffs?

When Lori Buckley of Euless logged onto work for her job at #FirstGuarantyMortgage Corp. on June 24, she wasn’t expecting it to be the last time.
While demand for mortgage loans was soaring from record-low interest rates, Buckley joined First Guaranty in spring 2021, pursuing an opportunity to work for a previous boss and be a senior credit policy analyst. Although she lived in the #Dallas-FortWorth area, she was hired as a remote employee and said only senior managers actually worked in the company’s #Plano headquarters.
