Does anybody have any anonymous insight if layoffs are on the way?

I’m hearing rumors about layoffs coming soon. Does anyone know what the severance looks like? How much notice will we get? Trying to decide if I leave now or wait for the package. TIA

Yes, there are layoffs, and there always will be. Hiring outsiders reduces productivity. You need to know how the company operates to get things done. I am interested in whether the hiring spree about 3/4 years ago is paying off?
