I’m convinced Dell is trying to get people to quit. Quotas are higher, attainment less achievable, and no visibility to track progress at 8 weeks into a 12 week quarter.
Most are barely pulling the draw. This calculated decision by Dell is driving good talent to leave.

Quota % increase is perpetually BS.
At the same time we all know HW cost is going up industry wide, so that must also be factored in.
And all these new college sheep just can’t wait to work at Dell!! Haha they will get reality check here soon!
Managers got access to everyone’s score today. ICs get from next week.
@bw same, I spent a while looking for it today and couldn’t find it.

how do you do this?
@OP No offense but of course they're trying to get people to quit on their own.
That's been clear from day one with the insane RTO mandates, which were all a bluff since there are still thousands working remote. ODW was also put in place solely to get rid of more people.
BAIN, who is running the company now, has put in place plans to make employees' lives a living helll. None of it is by chance or simply tougher policies. With the new SCP plans, they may as well just put up a big banner on the building that says "We Want You to Quit Now!"
TIme to move on...go somewhere else that appreciates your efforts.
The place is run by greedy sc-m buckets. Disgusting.
They're having massive issues in mapping the accounts alignment. If you access your Q2 attainment in score (the link is there, you just need to enable it via page inspection in your browser), you'll see part of your accounts are likely missing, and often you'll see accounts listed that don't belong to your portfolio m
