Employee Survey

Anyone got any info on the employee survey or when it may come out? I want to see if they are brave enough to send it while the tons of folks they just surplussed are still on payroll or if they will bi--h out and send it after (i.e September or October before the next round of layoffs hit)

“ because I never take them or took them and yet somehow my manager (at that time) always messaged me to ask why I haven't done it yet..”

He suspected you didn’t take it, and was fishing. You confirmed it for him. He does not have a report stating you didn’t take it.

The other thing here…it is optional. It is not mandatory.

In the event I was asked why I didn’t take it, I would either say “I did take it” ——-or not answer directly, and turn it around and ask “isn’t this survey optional, AND isn’t it supposed to be anonymous too..???”

@fn they can track it somehow because I never take them or took them and yet somehow my manager (at that time) always messaged me to ask why I haven't done it yet and I've always been on teams of like 16+ people (so i know im not the only one who either hasnt done it or did it)...not to mention it doesn't even let you access it unless you login with your global id.

" Thats why when you DONT do the "anonymous" survey, your id--t of a Manager will come ask you why you haven't done it yet and keep a tally of who all has and hasnt to report back to their Director especially at the L2 level. "

This comes up a lot. I have been here for many years and been in the middle of many of these surveys, with as many as 25 direct reports at times.

First, let me be clear: DO NOT TAKE THE SURVEY.

The only metric that they care about is engagement. And that is simply whether or not you take the survey. I cannot fathom how, especially after last year, some of you seem to not yet understand that your low scores and scathing comments are completely futile. They do not care about them. At all. The only thing they care about is engagement. DO NOT TAKE THE SURVEY.

Now, on the topic of anonymity...I have never once seen a survey tied to a UID, even when there were some really unprofessional comments that probably violated COBC.

The L3s and VPs are graded on the engagement level of their teams.

They CAN and do see the percentage of their teams participating, during and after the survey. Hence the emails pleading for all of the team to participate.

They DO NOT see "who" specifically has and has not participated. This simply isn't true.

You can choose not to believe me but those are the facts.

In any case, again...DO NOT TAKE THE SURVEY.

The damage done by the 8/1/25 email can never be undone. Based on the content of that email there is simply no point in taking it again. I’ll pass.

DO NOT DO THE SURVEY. As a former project manager who handled distribution of said survey, they 100% care who does it and who does not. Doing it farms engagement which is the only thing they focus on. Thats why when you DONT do the "anonymous" survey, your id--t of a Manager will come ask you why you haven't done it yet and keep a tally of who all has and hasnt to report back to their Director especially at the L2 level. DO NOT DO IT. This will literally send them into a panic.

They're going to save money this year and just skip to the part where John Stankey just tells you what to think.

They were going to do the survey in June but it’s now delayed until September.

How do you not understand after last year that your low scores and scathing comments do not matter, one iota? They don’t care.

The ONLY thing they care about is whether you take it.

DO NOT TAKE THE SURVEY.

@a1

I really do hope someone who is on their way out releases it early so the folks getting the boot can tank the score.

No matter who actually fills out the survey, the score will tank. Those not getting the boot have the same opinion of stank and those leaving.

Do not do the surveys. It’s the only thing that seems to rile them up. They are not anonymous, which is another reason not to do it.

Who cares? You are still going to try and stay no matter what the working conditions are and leadership knows this. No survey needed.

Who cares about this survey? The biggest waste of time. They don’t care so why should you?

They are going to wait until September to try to save face as if everyone in the company doesn't already realize whats happening. I swear folks L3 and higher making these decisions want everyone to think they are the smartest in the room at any given time. I really do hope someone who is on their way out releases it early so the folks getting the boot can tank the score.
