This is what Centene is bracing for. We are already down in membership and this will definitely TANK the Medicaid LOB starting in January. Will the states be ready for this? What is the company doing to prepare for this change besides laying people off?

Meaning they need to document they work/volunteer around 20 hours a month. That doesn't seem very difficult to do and the new admin takes office around that time anyway
This will be important for Centene VSP, and Invol layoffs, this will go into effect just as your COBRA expires. So if you can't find work, you'll still need to find work in order to be eligible for the Insurance you are currently supporting.
