If you applied for the VSP did/are you telling your PL? I did not. If my PL asks I will tell them I did.
I wonder if my PL applied if they would tell the team?

My team members have shared their decisions with me, and I've let my PL know my decision as well.
@cj PL here and no. We are not informed. I would think earliest would be mid-July if the PL had to be involved in the decision.
@cj I'm a PL and I have not been notified. I have 2-3 employees that accepted it. I only know because they told me.
I did tell my PL who has only been with the company a few months. Therefore, my PL is not eligible. I don't think they should be keeping PL that are not eligible in the dark and not permit them to see the communication being sent to their eligible employees.
Do you really think your PL doesn’t know who applied for VSP? I’m sure they were notified.
I didn’t tell mine. I honestly believe it’s a personal choice and I didn’t want words of encouragement, support or otherwise because I’m learning everyone is full of sh!t. They will find out randomly the same way we did lol.
Senior PL here. I have had two of my PL let me know personally they applied. However I've also had Skip-levels (these meetings were already planned) where unprompted shared their concerns and plans. At the end of the day..we all have to do what's best for ourselves. I applaud those who are venturing out and supporting those who are going through the fire with those remaining. I too am in the fray.
I don’t know why I feel like this but I am scared to tell my PL. I feel I should but feel nervous.
I told my PL and they were very supportive of my decision. I’m sure that my team already knows and I honestly do not care. I would hope the reason was kept private though, as it was personal, but if not, whatever…
the team is probably sh-----g bricks over it ‘cause I won’t be there to clean up their mess and solution all of their problems.
my PL let me know they couldn’t apply due to personal reasons.
I emailed my TL and manager to let them know of my choice. I was met with really sincere respect and reminded how much they value everything I do. - I believe them when they say stuff like such, but all that other One CenTEAM, we value you garbage... the toxic poison we hear in town halls #PUKE
I did. To me it feels like I am giving my resignation. I truly think my PL would have told us if they had applied.
I told mine. Why not? I don’t expect anything nefarious, but make sure you keep a copy or a screenshot of every correspondence.
