What exactly is considered sales? Only AM's? and Customer Retention specialists? Or anyone that falls under the type department "Sales"

What kind of hocus pocus goes on in HR? They are constantly taking groups of people in and out of commsion on the ORG chart. One minute we are up 600 people, then next we are down 900 . . .
Very strange. Bue one thing is for sure. The market hates what OT is doing and can see through the underhanded tricks of laying off people below the threshold of needing to report it to the world. The world can see we are constantly failing.
