Major Layoffs have started 3 x 3 is an internal reference to replacing 3 USA members with 3 members from Poland.
Main targets are people over 40 years old, High medical expenses and have filed FMLA in the past 16 months.
What is a 3x3 layoff? What Accenture contract? Please explain.
