@1ya you’re a low performer if you don’t work over time for FREE to make their ridiculous pace expectations. Fu-k them a--hole and their re--rded expectations
Costco is our saving grace as they don't allow offshore agents to speak with their clients, other than that I've seen a few cuts but those were just low performers.
@e8 wow that’s shocking. They always say they want to make the role entirely US based. Hmm
AML and KYC department are at risk of being laid off and the end goal is to move both department outside USA and have them based out of Costa Rica and India HQ. You can already see it happening with mass hiring there and layoffs for these department every time a major layoff happens. I've been here 3 years and it's every year the department is getting smaller and smaller.
I've seen several posts asking about AML? Why?
