Was the VSP enough to prevent layoffs? Has anyone heard anything?
What is VG's role now? She was moved to a new role recently.
@d7 I know of 2 people that took it and are leaving in May. So maybe it was rolled out depending on role or some other criteria.
@d4 Everyone that I knew of that recvd a letter except 1 is already gone as of March. So I read this as another round of letters.
@d1 VSP letters went out around December-ish. Thr "separation" part is happening in May though.
So, DID VSP invite letters actually go out?
Losing a lot of very talented people through VSP. I expect an exodus of other talented individuals in the next 3-6 months as burnout sets in. Welcome to Teradata. Have a great day
