FIS is streamlining everything to minimize variance as much as possible to help facilitate the offshore move.
@OP CO and MOS remain at FIS. The contract allows FIS to move them to India. At one point, the plan was to move all FT functions to India, but they could not keep up to learn the phones. It's much harder than it appears despite the opinion that anyone can learn anything. There is a huge difference between learning how the nuts and bolts. Delivering to the standards expected from FT is something else. If they move the remaining functions to India to save money, it is likely that FT will takeback those functions too.
