Can this be confirmed?

Contact center will be resuming layoffs this year as they transition roles to outside the U.S.A

Anybody know where this info came from?

Here's the thing, if you are still a US employee at Nielsen is because nobody on it's right mind will hire you, you know this, Nielsen know this and it does not matter what others think.

Just su-k it up and cross your fingers, no need to keep asking the same thing everyday!

Yes, there were more Operations layoffs last week in US and Mexico. Soon execs, client service reps, and field will be the only US departments. The rest will be offshore crewing things up. Get your resumes updated and start looking into AI training, because that's where the world is heading.

Nielsen is broke. Their debt was bought by a company who earns profit off of ripping companies apart for sale, or offshoring for cheap labor, etc etc. It’s about maximum profit to pay off the debt that was bought.

Everyone in the US will go. EVERYONE. How is still a surprise? I’m not trying to be a je-k, but it’s been 2.5 years of laying off, firing, pushing people out with no plans to stop. Look for another job.
