In the last seven or eight years, I've been on teams with roughly thirty different people. Every single one of them has been let go. Every single one except for me. I should be happy that I'm still employed but I'm the opposite. The whole thing feels so dooming and all I can think about is that I'm next or if I'll bring more bad luck to my next team.

You must have skill and are not being compensated for it. Otherwise you are the one who can do everyone else's job and probably already do, so they can safely layoff everyone else and know you will be able to keep the lights on while the subject matter is sent offshore.
Congratulations, you've been the lowest paid person in your GL and job category for at least 7-8 years.
@fa Nobody mentioned being a manager.
You probably kiss a-s. Also stop identifying your whole life with being a manager. Get out side and live. Stop making your identity this job. Smh
