Does anyone know how high up the chain the decision of if your VSP will be accepted or declined?? Is it Director or Higher?? I decided to take the offer and move on from the company. 10+ years and its time for me to walk away. No regrets..yes I will miss all my friends that are staying, but sometimes you just need to walk away. And no matter what you choose to do its the best decision either way. Good luck everyone

I spoke with our subsidiary CEO yesterday, and he's not even sure if he's going to get to see the VSP list. Corporate hasn't told anyone any details.

So Centene and the Board have a plan, you'll never know that plan and neither will most management below your "C" level
The only reason they have that "approval" in place is so that in case entire teams or departments opt in to leave, it's part of the control. Unless that is their plan, they want to make sure there is at least someone is still there to turn the lights on and off, or meet the absolute minimum contract requirements.
