If we knew that once this is all over, once VSPs and involuntary layoffs are done, we're good. We can relax, we can do our jobs without worrying. Sadly, we all know that even after all the stressing and anticipation, once this is over, we'll just move on to the next round, or next reorg, or next something that'll threaten our jobs. And that su-ks.

@OP Its 2026 in Corporate America, you can never relax. Our industry is going through massive changes, AI is changing the way we work, if you can relax after this let me know what you are taking because I want to sign up.
Suggest everyone just begin to figure out how to live with the new reality we are in and keep that resume and networks updated
@ac they just brought on a new board of directors that looks to be the one that will clean house. Also I think now they just want us to quit.
I've started to wonder if it's not on purpose. As in, they want us to fear for our job security because if we do then we're more likely to do whatever they tell us to do -- take on extra hours, do the work of multiple people, do the work of multiple roles. They manage to convince us to be grateful to still be around when they are the ones exacting all of the chaos. We're too anxious to point fingers or band together in the aftermath of these decisions. Idk. It just seems a very convenient psychological state to keep your employees in.
