@ac we don't the are an obstacle to actually do what needs to be done which is fire underperformers instead of PIPs and more grow conversations, and more performance conversation, etc. etc.
I see she's leaving to spend more time with her children.... Poor kids, maybe she'll put one of them up for adoption to increase efficiency?

@ac HR professionals have been at the heart of bps underperformance and warped culture and it started before KD. Replace them with engineers
And replaced by a non HR person. Not sure what to think-- better without KD, for certain, but an undercut to the function. Reads very much as if we don't need professional HR people and that we don't value that kind of work.
