Does anybody know what the announcement is for GSC Costa Rica tomorrow? Many jobs are moving to Genpact per announcement in June. Is this a phase two for more jobs going to Genpact? Is this restructure? What is happening with these days? Anyone here know anything?

@OP I reviewed GenPac job openings today and can’t fathom who would ever apply to 85% of the misspelled and badly formatted job description they have posted. Is this why we’re being asked to update our employee profile using 3MNavigator!

@cm LH just walks around with her nose in the air. My favorite was the Darth Vader style entrance from the back at last year's townhall, each click of her heels ricocheting off the high ceilings like a warning shot. She advanced, slow and deliberate, some sort of power play for sure. After the theatrics she then proceeded to make sure we all knew she was deliberately hand-picked by BB.

There were already around 600 employee already impacted for Genpact using the same video from Liz weeks ago..
LH is a McKinsey implant. She has been hired with intention and yes, she is not concerned about ppl. Does costa get a video too?

I’m not surprised, but I am deeply disappointed in 3M…particularly BB and the soulless LH! She is a vile one! Greed and profits over people…capitalism at its ‘best’! The way 3M has handled/bungled Genpact, Poland and everything else is disgraceful! Good luck CR, I’m sure I will join you on the chopping block soon!

With Poland and CR gone what will be the fate of Philippines colleagues?
Similar to Poland is what I heard from my manager. Remaining positions that are not part of Genpact will be eliminated by end of the year. There will be no 3M CR GSC by end of this year. I have been working with 3M for 12 years and never expected this outcome. We are either forced to move to Genpact or no severance if we quit. I wish the best for all of us!
