H-1b issues of Oracle - Cash rewards for reporting

Recently there are lots of news floating around H-1b being mis-used for promotion, hiring, layoff,etc inside Oracle. Here is the press release for reporting these issues and you will get compensated:

https://www.oig.dol.gov/public/Press%20Releases/OIG-Press-Release-070826.htm

Reports may be submitted to the U.S. Department of Labor OIG Hotline: 1-800-347-3756 or https://www.oig.dol.gov/hotline.htm

If you have a peer who is H-1b, then you can claim your layoff was fraudulent if you can prove it with your contribution details and hierarchy details from Aria

@ec

You sum it up pretty well, but it is not just this company. It can even be government offices or NGOs where the same occurs.

The current conflict is about to make the world an even more "interesting place", I am glad I stocked up on oatmeal and popcorn.

@dw they are not here surviving...they get over here hiring their husbands and wives in the same department using different names and giving each other preferential promotions and raises, holding their multiple fake degrees, work on project with them and they will throw you under the bus for your job or a $2000 a year raise, those reaching management level hire only other male h1b visa holders and get rid of others to help their fellow country men to continue to hold their visas, create businesses within the company under different names, create businesses and to sell independent services to the department they work in, getting their kids $100k private school scholarships...it goes on and on.....but then they are only pawns (again) to the selective white supremacy style capitalism that the US has waiting from them.

The US su-ks....and Oracle is an example of all that su-ks about it.

@bt never minded h1b so far. They come to survive. Nothing to gain sc--wing them.
But the management politics played using them outweighs.

@OP Reporting anything to any department whose name begins with "US Department of ........." is useless, corrupt, and bought.....good luck.

Oracle using H-1B visas makes sense. I worked at Oracle for the latest four years and realized it was an Indian company.
