Do you think we will see layoffs this year? Or is the only way out to quit? With all the work there is I can’t imagine there will be any layoffs. They’re even taking work from other locations and need to hire. Even AI is causing more work.

I highly doubt there will be layoffs in AML CRIU. Yes they are hiring contractors however, many contractors aren't doing what they're supposed to and its costing them more time and money. As long as we make it till end of Q1 2027, we will be fine
You best option is join a vendor body shop company. That's the only way to keep your paycheck running. Citi pays more for the body shops and less for the employees, and the employee those body shops get peanuts. The whole system is messed up!
There only going to hire contractors.
