Thread regarding Fidelity Investments layoffs

LinkedIn habitants

If you want to know who to let go first, just scan your team’s LinkedIn activity. The ones with zero meaningful deliverables yet constantly posting generic AI-generated slope are telling you everything you need to know. They’re not building value; they’re performing visibility. Cut them.

Anyone promoting Fidelity on LinkedIn after all this RTO stuff is proving they are the biggest a--kissers. Can’t stand it. Same people always so humbled and thankful. Brag brag brag - their identity is tied to this place. Sad.

Linked in is the absolute worst! Here’s a chicken or the egg question. Were all these VPs and SVP virtue signalers promoted because they posted on linked in or are they posting on linked in to brag that they are VPs? Look at all the volunteer work I’m doing. Here’s the latest inspirational story. I’m humbled and honored…the marketing people are the worst offenders. The rest are all new grads who don’t know what they are in for.
